TACaccess provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for delivering mental health therapy to children and young people across the UK.

With an extensive network of accredited and thoroughly vetted therapists, TACaccess allows educators, institutions, and caregivers to easily source, select, and manage therapy providers for children and young people.

Features and benefits

Therapists using the platform enjoy…

  • The ability (using our inbuilt wizard) to easily develop a rich and sophisticated profile page, incorporating video content, to enable them to explain their approach to support and publish their qualifications

  • Access to commissioning organisations on a UK-wide basis from a single profile

  • Direct access to the parent or self-funded therapy market without additional administration or referral fees

  • A pre-agreed framework contract under which commissioners, parents or young adults execute course engagements on-line

  • Complete flexibility over engagement fees. Session costs can be agreed at the course level, allowing different pricing for virtual or face2face sessions, incorporating travel and other costs if required

  • A consolidated calendar showing all sessions contracted through the platform

  • Access to free on-line video-conferencing for virtual therapy sessions

  • A single monthly payment direct to their bank covering ALL sessions carried out in the month that were arranged through the platform, eliminating the  need for invoicing, administration and chasing payments

  • Financial certainty as all engagements are pre-funded

  • Monthly revenue forecasting, tracking and downloadable financial records and invoices for accounting purposes

All for a small transactional payment processing deduction

Commissioning organisations gain through having…

  • The ability to search for specialist therapists in their region, or UK-wide, using rich search criteria (including use of favourites) to narrow down results and forward suggestions to parents/CYP’s so that they can choose which therapist they prefer

  • A pre-agreed framework contract under which they can execute engagement contracts with a single click

  • Full tracking of all ongoing therapy courses

  • The capability to easily reserve dedicated funds for mental health therapy

  • The ability to commission courses that can extend beyond term-time without requiring administration

  • A paperless process for payments, no invoice handling or payments tracking

  • The ability to fund courses aligned with their internal process control needs including credit card or direct debit payments

  • User level financial controls and consolidated budget and commitment tracking for all their therapy needs

  • Reconciliation of Purchase Orders when invoicing

  • Customise your financial dashboards

Meaning more money going to the therapist, no money going to intermediaries

Creating a fast, safe and efficient path to getting the help they need

No monthly license fees

All users can sign-up and use the platform without any commitment or recurring subscription charge

The platform is designed to minimise administration costs and maximise the money available to the therapist and hence support for the CYP.

The platform is funded by a small payment transaction fee of 6% levied against therapist charges for courses arranged through the platform. These are included within the agreed course fee and so what is agreed by the course commissioner, parent or young adult is what is paid.

Note: For the option where a credit card is used for payments, the credit card provider charge is added at cost when the course is funded.

Never forget, the real winner is the person in need of support.
