Our Partners
No matter how strong the team is, we could not achieve success without equally strong and supportive partnerships.
As the Team Around the Client spreads outwards, we have been fortunate to receive active support, encouragement, advice and help from every direction.
The Professional Bodies
Key to the credibility of our venture has been the open and enthusiastic support we have received from the professional bodies representing the counselling profession:
The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy is a leading professional association for members of the counselling professions in the UK.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society plays a significant role in all aspects of counselling and psychotherapy and supports members, trainers, organisations and the public.
ACTO is the leading organisation for online therapy and online therapists. It promotes, maintains and improves online counselling and psychotherapy as a recognised method of therapeutic delivery within the mental health professions.
ACC is a professional body set up to facilitate quality counselling, psychotherapy, pastoral care and related training. It acts as a Christian voice for its members in relation to Government, educators and other organisations.
The charity sector has a massive contribution to make to the support of CYP. We have been fortunate to forge strong links and receive encouragement from a number of charitable organisations and are working to deliver a path for funding direct to the case with the minimum of friction or bureaucracy:
The Charity and Not for Profit Sector
Beyond is a youth mental health charity tackling the growing mental health crisis affecting children and young people in the UK. They address the lack of access to support and create opportunities for early and personalised interventions.
The Naval Children’s Charity aim to provide help and support for children and young people who, through personal circumstances, are in need, hardship or distress.
Association of Colleges is the national voice for further education, sixth form, tertiary and specialist colleges in England. A not-for-profit membership organisation their members make up almost 95% of the sector.
We have also been fortunate to receive active support and engagement from a number of early adopters from across the education sector. The direction, advocacy and help in shaping our ideas that we have received from these bodies underpins the development of the platform. Notable amongst these are:
Educational Institutions
Friends of TACaccess
